My Story
A life spent on two wheels.
1997
In The Beginning
A little green Raleigh, an impressionable teenager and a dog-eared copy of MBUK magazine all walked into a bar.
1998-2006
The MTB Years
I rode. I raced. I jumped. I crashed. From Ballycastle on the north coast of Ireland to Les Gets in the French Alps.
Mountain biking was my life during the school and university years.
2007-2016
Diversity
Almost a decade of experimenting with all genres of the sport. Carbon road machines, flatland BMXs, cross country mountain bikes and everyday vintage commuters. I built and rode every style of bike during this time.
And I loved it.
2017
A Dream Is Realised
The loss of a parent. The desire for change. A dream of nearly 16 years finally put in motion.
AM Bike Co. was formed, named after mum.
